Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Booking Guarantee
All accommodation bookings require a credit or debit card to be taken to guarantee the booking. These details are held to guarantee the booking only and full payment of your account is required on the morning of departure as part of the Check-out Process. We ask £25 per room.
Pre-authorization
All guests are required to provide a credit/debit card pre-authorization of £25 per room upon check-in. This will put a temporary hold on funds, meaning the cardholder cannot use this money elsewhere. Please note that the hotel does not receive this money; it is held by the card issuing bank. On the morning of departure, the pre-authorisation will be reversed upon completion of check out and the held funds will be released back to the cardholder. This is usually immediate but can take longer with some debit cards and is usually returned within 3-5 working days.
Cancellations
Our cancellations terms are:
- We have flexible terms and conditions for all individual bookings whereby you can cancel 24 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. We advise all guests to take travel insurance during these unpredictable times.
- For bookings of ten nights or more, a seven-day cancellation policy will apply, so as long as you cancel by 3pm, seven days prior to arrival, you will not be charged. If you do cancel within seven days of arrival, you will be charged for each night booked. If we are able to sell any of the nights, you will not be charged for these. We advise you to take out insurance cover.
- Any bookings made directly with the hotel which are cancelled after 3pm the day prior to arrival will be charged the cost of the first night, should the booking extend beyond one night.
- All bookings made with an Agent (booking.com, expedia etc) will have the cancellation Terms & Conditions in the booking confirmation they will have sent to confirm the booking (if these is not available, please contact the agent directly for the details)
